Allowing your tour to be downloaded anonymously
In order to download a tour from the GuidiGO mobile application, the user must identify themselves, which means they need to create an account. They can then manage their list of favorites, purchase paid tours and access GuidiGO Cloud to find their history of purchases.
However, you have the option to allow unidentified users to download your tour as well, thus making their access to it simpler and faster.
This option is not compatible with paid tours.
To allow for your tour to be downloaded anonymously:
- Head to the 5. Publish tab.
- In the Anonymous download section, select the Allowed option.
