Changing the language of a tour

The language attached to your tour is crucial. If it's wrong, your tour will be invisible for the relevant users. 

Once you have created a tour, you can't change its language anymore.

If you have selected the wrong language during the creation process, or if the desired language is not available in the droplist, click the Contact button at the top right corner of this screen. Please make sure to include the following in your message: 

  • the email address linked to your GuidiGO account;
  • the tour URL;
  • the current language of your tour and the desired one.
