Logging in to GuidiGO using your Facebook account is no longer possible. As this feature was causing too many problems for our users, we took the decision to remove it from the GuidiGO platform.

What to do if you can't access your GuidiGO account anymore

  1. Click on the Contact button at the top right of this page.
  2. Make sure you specify that you have been using Facebook to log in and enter the email address linked to your Facebook account.
  3. We will send a password to this address that will allow you to log in and retrieve your tours.

Login via a Google account is maintained.
