Having a connection problem?

The GuidiGO mobile application allows visitors to sign up using their Apple account. GuidiGO Studio does not support this identification mode at this time.

If you initially signed up as a visitor, you can later access GuidiGO Studio to publish tours (provided you did not hide your email address when creating your account).

Here is how to proceed.

  1. Go to this page.
  2. Click on "I forgot my password".
  3. Enter the email address linked to your Apple account and click Send.
  4. We will send a new password to that address that will allow you to log into GuidiGO Studio.
The process is the same even if you originally signed up to GuidiGO with your Facebook account.
