Access a tour using an activation code

You obtained one or more tours from a GuidiGO partner? Here is how to access them on your smartphone/tablet.

  1. Activate your code on this site. You can perform this operation on your mobile device or computer.
  2. On your mobile, download the GuidiGO application from the App Store or from Google Play.
  3. Launch the application. Select the Library tab and tap on the Sign in button.
  4. Sign in with the same email address and password used in Step 1.
  5. Select a tour from the section "Your purchases".
  6. Tap Start Now or Download for offline use.
