My tour does not appear in the GuidiGO app

Tour status

For it to be available in the GuidiGO app, your tour must be published. You can check the status of your tour at Step 5: Publish.

If your tour status is Draft, click the orange Publish button.

If your tour status is Pending, click the plus icon to receive an explanation.


Tour visibility

To make your tour available to the community, its visibility should be set as Public at Step 5: Publish.

If you select Private visibility, your tour will be visible only to you.

You should not set your tour as Public until it's complete.
